Individual registration payment methods for the ADA's 79th Scientific Sessions include: credit card (online/fax) or check (mail only).

Credit Cards: Accepted credit cards for the ADA's 79th Scientific Sessions are Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. To apply a credit card payment to a balance due on an existing registration:
  • Log in to the ADA's 79th Scientific Sessions Registration and Housing Site either as a Member with your Email Address or Professional Membership ID and Zip Code, or as a Non-Member with your Email Address.
  • Upon successful login you will arrive at the Event Dashboard. 
  • Under 'Registration Summary' you will see the balance due associated with your registration.
  • Select 'Proceed to Check Out', enter your payment details, and select 'Checkout'. Upon successful payment you will receive an automatic confirmation of your registration and/or hotel reservation to the primary email address associated with your account.

Check or Money Order: Check or money order payments must be made payable to the American Diabetes Association and must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Mail check or money order payments to:

The deadline to submit check or money order payments for individual registrations and hotel reservations is Friday, May 17, 2019.
