A minimum of 10 attendees is required to use the Group Registration Services. Groups of 9 or less attendees may register individually:
  • Log in to ADA's 79th Scientific Sessions Registration and Housing site either as a Member with your Email Address or Professional Membership ID and Zip Code, or as a Non-Member with your Email Address.
  • Upon successful login you will arrive at the Event Dashboard. 
  • Select the button to Register Now.
  • Complete all required Attendee Information and proceed through the Registration pages to select your desired Scientific Sessions registration and any additional items.
  • Proceed through the remaining registration pages until you arrive back at the Event Dashboard.
  • Select the 'Proceed to Check Out' button and enter your payment details, then select 'Checkout'. Upon successful payment you will automatically receive a confirmation of your registration and/or hotel reservation to the primary email address associated with your account.

Registration forms may also be submitted to ADA Registration:
  • Download the ADA Scientific Sessions Registration Form.
  • Fax the completed form to (415) 293-4073, if paying by credit card, or mail to, if paying by check (do not send credit card information via mail):

  • An ADA Registration Agent will email or fax a confirmation of your registration within 72 hours of receipt.
