Group Registration payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check.

Credit Card: Credit card payments are accepted for Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, and may be made online until May 2, 2019.

Wire Transfer: Bank wire transfer details for registration fees will be provided upon request. Please make payments by wire transfer payable to the American Diabetes Association. Include an additional $50.00 processing fee to your total invoice amount. Wire transfers must be made payable in U.S. dollars.

Please submit the names of your registrants prior to April 18, 2019 so that ADA Registration can verify the amount due and send bank transfer details. Registration and payment deadlines will not be extended due to lack of attendee information or late completion of payment; please plan accordingly! Wire transfer payments will not be accepted after April 18, 2019!

Check Payments: If paying by check, please make payable to Convention Management Resources in U.S. dollars, and mail to:
