To request a registration invoice, send us a message through the ADA Registration & Hotel Support Center.
  • Select "Attendee" as the Attendee type.
  • Select "Registration" as the Case Category.
  • Select "Registration Payment" as the Registration Topic. 
  • Send your message including your registration confirmation number (which can be found on your emailed confirmation).
The invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the primary registration unless requested otherwise.
