To modify your lead retrieval order, send us a message via the ADA Registration & Housing Support Center.
  • Select "Exhibitor" as the Attendee type.
  • Select "Lead Retrieval" as the Case Category.
  • Select "Modify or Cancel Lead Retrieval Order" as the Lead Retrieval Topic.

Orders cancelled on or before May 24, 2019 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after May 24, 2019 are non-refundable. Equipment ordered but not picked up onsite will not be refunded.
