All ADA badges will include a QR code containing the registrant’s first name, last name, and a unique identifier. Once the show opens you will receive an email with a url and username/password to access your scan data. The following information will be provided for all registrants:
  • Attendee Name
  • Degree (if provided)
  • Organization
  • Mailing Address
  • City, State, Postal Code, Country
  • Telephone Number
  • Fax Number
  • Email Address
  • Occupation Type (if provided)
  • A unique numerical ID for each attendee

If you would like to use your own equipment and need a developer kit, two options are available: post-show data merge, or real time API. To request an order form please send us a message via the ADA Registration & Housing Support Center and a form will be sent to you. If you order the API, full documentation and sample badges will be sent once your order has been processed.
