Individual reservations can be made through ADA's 79th Scientific Sessions Registration and Housing Site.
  • Log in to ADA's 79th Scientific Sessions Registration and Housing Site either as a Member with your Email Address or Professional Membership ID and Zip Code, or as a Non-Member with your Email Address.
  • Upon successful login you will arrive at the Event Dashboard. 
  • Select the 'Book Hotel' button.
  • Enter your arrival and departure dates and occupancy and select "Filter Hotels" to view availability and then select 'Reserve' next to your hotel choice.
  • Complete all required Attendee Information and select "Continue & Check Out" at the bottom of the page. 
  • After you arrive back at the Event Dashboard, you can review your reservation summary. NOTE: Your reservation is NOT confirmed until you provide a credit card guarantee.
  • Select the 'Proceed to Check Out' button, enter your credit card guarantee details and 'Checkout'. Upon successful processing you will automatically receive a confirmation of your registration and/or hotel reservation to the primary email address associated with your account.

Hotel Reservation forms may also be submitted to ADA Housing.
  • Download the ADA Scientific Sessions Hotel Reservation Form.
  • Fax the completed form to (415) 293-4073, if providing a credit card guarantee.
  • Mail the form to ADA Housing, c/o CMR, 101 Mission Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94105, if mailing a check deposit (do not send credit card information via mail).
ADA Housing will email or fax a confirmation of your registration within 72 hours of receipt of your form.
