To change an Individual Reservation on or before May 30, 2019:
  • Log in to ADA's 79th Scientific Sessions Registration and Housing Site either as a Member with your Email Address or Professional Membership ID and Zip Code, or as a Non-Member with your Email Address.
  • Upon successful login you will arrive at the Event Dashboard. 
  • Select the button to Edit Hotel Reservation.
  • Update the arrival/departure date(s), then select the "Confirm Changes" button at the bottom of the page. Upon successful processing you will automatically receive a revised confirmation of your hotel reservation to the primary email address associated with your account.
  • You may also send us a message through the ADA Registration & Hotel Support Center.
  • You may call us toll-free at (866) 290-9910 (U.S. & Canada) or (415) 268-2086 (all other countries) Monday – Friday, 9 am – 9 pm Eastern Time.
  • You may fax your changes to (415) 293-4073.
Changes on or after May 31, 2019 must be made directly with your hotel.
