For groups of 9 rooms or less or individual reservations.
Log into ADA Reservation Management and select Modify Existing Reservations. Enter the Confirmation Number, Email Address and Zip Code and select Manage Reservation. Scroll to the bottom of the reservation and select Resend Confirmation.

For groups with 10 rooms or more, access your hotel confirmations online.
  • Log in to your group account online: ADA Group Block Management. If you do not know your login credentials, please send us a message.
  • Select "Booking List" under Management Tools.
  • You may sort your booking list by Confirmation Number, Hotel Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Last or First Name.
Select if you would like to view Roommates or Frequent Guest Number and select Report Now or Download to an Excel file.
